Very early on, we decided that our hotel would have a restaurant that celebrates the best of the region, being located in some of Australia’s finest producers of wine, dairy and artisan produce.
Coming originally from a farming background and long line of butchers, the Jones family is passionate about ensuring the Siesta’s chefs spend as much time in the field talking to suppliers and meeting new ones, as they do in the kitchen turning local produce into quality meals that our guests will remember for years to come!

A short 10 minute drive west of Albury this ecosystem of man-made lagoons and billabongs, spread over eight hectares. Keen cyclists can ride from Albury along the scenic bike path that follows the Yindyamarra Sculpture Walk to Wonga.
