Very early on, we decided that our hotel would have a restaurant that celebrates the best of the region, being located in some of Australia’s finest producers of wine, dairy and artisan produce.

Coming originally from a farming background and long line of butchers, the Jones family is passionate about ensuring the Siesta’s chefs spend as much time in the field talking to suppliers and meeting new ones, as they do in the kitchen turning local produce into quality meals that our guests will remember for years to come!

    We needed 1 nights accommodation as we were travelling from Melbourne to Sydney. We decided to pay the extra and get a deluxe room with a spa it was lovely, clean, great shower, warm and really homely! The room service was also excellent. Highly recommend. - Sarah

    Getting a little old but rooms were nice and clean. Indoor spa and pool open at night which the grandkids loved. Friendly staff. Breakfast is amazing value. Choose from cereal, pancakes, fruit salad, toast, hash browns bacon, eggs, mushrooms, baked beans etc. or have everything, all for $20. If ever back to Albury would certainly stay again - Patrick C
